Family Home in maple ridge
New laminate was installed throughout the main floor of the home. Excluding the entryway and the bathroom which remained in tile.

Old floor was very bouncy and some of the boards click system had started to break. Which led to boards sticking up and creating hazards.
​
After removing the floor it was clear the previous installers did not level properly leading to a shortened life of the product. This was corrected with the new install and will make the floor last it's full life.
​
Customer wanted something special so they picked floating vents for a more modern look. Cut outs were saved when going around the vents and reused as the inserts making a perfect match.
Townhouse in Burnaby
New laminate was installed throughout the lower floor. We were able to go over top of the existing tile, saving money and a lot of disturbance.

Old baseboards and door casing were original to the house, so we installed new ones. Updating the whole appearance with a modern look.

Laundry room had a drain that could not be covered, an extension was put in and a new drain plug was installed. After leveing to bring it to laminate standards.
Central Ridge townhome
The old carpet was taken out from the upper floor, and the old laminate was removed from the lower floor. Leveling work was completed throughout the entire space. New vinyl flooring was installed across the townhome, except for the two upper bathrooms. The stairs feature flush nosings for a stylish, high-end appearance.
Laity View family home
This was an older BC box style house. Customers removed the current flooring. I had to do fairly extensive leveling throughout to make it acceptable. But once I had that done the new laminate, baseboard and door casings really made the house look new and modern. I was really happy how this one turned out.
Maple Ridge Rancher
My neighbour was doing her floor and saw my advertisement's. I gave her a free estimate and she decided to go with MBA Cascade laminate. It is a 8mm product that is resistant to water damage, which will help with her dogs and kid activities in the home.

I removed her old laminate, luckily the previous flooring installer did a good job with the leveling and I didn't have to do any corrections.
​
She always had a problem with her dogs fur showing all over the place, so selecting the right colour to hide it was important.
Pitt Meadows Home
Local designer selected Biyork's Hydrogen 8 Silent Morning for this project. It's a 100% waterproof WPC product with a pressed bevel and flush nosings. This is the best vinyl flooring you can get. Professionals have a hard time telling the difference from real hardwood and it holds up way better to life.

Customers did there own demo on this project and they are installing there own baseboards to help out with costs.

My job was leveling the floor, installing the new product throughout the house, excluding the bathrooms and mudroom.
​
This one is to be continued in 2026. Waiting for the kitchen cabinets to be ready to procced.
